Vertiv to showcase innovations at Data Centre World 2025

Today

Vertiv has announced that it will sponsor the VIP Lounge at Data Centre World 2025, where it will also present its latest high-capacity liquid cooling innovations.

Attendees of the event will have an opportunity to explore Vertiv's advanced liquid cooling solutions and services that are specifically geared towards addressing the demands of AI and high-density computing. These solutions are said to support more efficient cooling methods, which are vital in maintaining performance and reliability in data centres.

The Vertiv Liquid Cooling Services portfolio, launched globally in February, is designed to enhance system availability and operational efficiency, offering services such as design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. This portfolio aims to seamlessly integrate with existing systems to support AI and high-density computing applications. "This is a very important event for Vertiv and the industry, and we are especially honoured to be shortlisted for five DCW awards this year," said Alex Brew, Vice President, Regional Sales EMEA at Vertiv.

The Vertiv Liebert XDU1350 coolant distribution unit will be amongst the products displayed. It is particularly noteworthy for its ability to operate with or without facility water, offering organisations a method to harness the advantages of liquid-cooled servers in supporting higher rack densities without necessitating significant infrastructure changes.

Vertiv representatives will be involved in several thought leadership sessions during the event. These sessions will cover a range of pertinent industry topics, including data centre trends expected over the next year, strategies tailored to AI demands, alternative energy strategies, and the importance of energy-efficient cooling solutions. "We are excited to be with our peers to discuss the latest trends in critical infrastructure, whether it be high performance computing, power, cooling, densification, regulations or sustainability," Brew added.

The sessions will include presentations such as "Certified High-Performance Management Solutions in Data Centres," delivered by Alessandro Zerbetto, "Powering the AI Era" by Puya Forghani, and "2025 Data Centre Trends: Future-Proofing Data Centres and Emphasising Sustainability with Innovation," a panel discussion featuring Alex Brew. Additionally, talks like "How to Cool the AI Revolution" and "Why Data Centres Are Essential to Digital and Energy Transformation" aim to provide further insights into emerging challenges and innovations.

Furthermore, Vertiv is in contention for several awards at the event, including Most Successfully Delivered Data Centre, Environmental Product of the Year, AI Excellence, and two nominations for Special Contribution to Improving Energy Efficiency. Brew highlighted, "We will be on hand to provide guidance, share our expertise and connect with our valued customers and partners - both longstanding and new."
