Thu, 1st Feb 2024

Intelligent network automation vendor Gluware has announced the appointment of three industry veterans to its advisory board - Frank Fanzilli, Tony Farinacci, and Stephen White. These key additions are an indication of the company's aspiration to lead the evolution of intelligent networks as network automation adoption is notably on the rise.

Frank Fanzilli offers a wealth of experience in technology and finance to his new role on Gluware's advisory board, having held senior positions at noteworthy public, private, and non-profit technology organisations such as Credit Suisse, The Linux Foundation, and CommVault. Fanzilli's in-depth understanding of strategic planning and corporate governance will be an invaluable asset in fuelling Gluware's growth and innovation trajectory.

Speaking of his appointment, Fanzilli commented, "I'm excited to join Gluware at what I see as network automation's critical tipping point, where enterprises increasingly understand the network's foundational role in effective digital transformation. I look forward to contributing to the company that's leading the charge through prebuilt capabilities that automate day-to-day network management tasks."

Tony Farinacci brings a remarkable track record in leading network operations and automation initiatives at major multinational companies to his role on Gluware's advisory board. With extensive knowledge in both the technical and business aspects of large-scale networks, Farinacci's presence on the board supports Gluware's mission to build solutions that respond to customers' day-to-day network challenges.

Farinacci said of his appointment, "DIY approaches lead to extended timelines, mounting technical debt, and other risks that become even more acute when key personnel leave. The shift from DIY network solutions to streamlined, prebuilt automation is critical. Gluware's platform addresses these challenges head-on, delivering value rapidly - often within days. I'm eager to help enterprises transform network management."

Stephen White holds a diverse range of experience, from being a Founder and CEO of Viking Technology Advisors to Senior Vice President at Citizens Bank. As a key player in guiding enterprises towards their digital transformation goals, White's extensive knowledge of global network infrastructure, architecture, and engineering will be instrumental in Gluware's efforts to accelerate network automation adoption.

Commenting on his appointment, White stated, "I am excited to collaborate with Gluware's dynamic leadership team and esteemed advisory board. Together, we'll deepen customers' ability to optimize their network performance, enhance reliability and boost agility, propelling automated enterprise networking to unprecedented heights."

The addition of Fanzilli, Farinacci and White is a confirmation of Gluware's commitment to leading the evolution of intelligent networks. Their collective expertise will provide invaluable guidance as Gluware endeavours to deliver cutting-edge solutions to its global clientele.
