Exacta Group targets GBP £25m turnover on export push
The Exacta Group has announced it delivered GBP £21 million in turnover in 2025, a 34.5% rise on the prior year, as it expands production and targets further growth in 2026.
The Bristol-based group, which operates the Blackcore Technologies and Exacta Technologies brands, also reported a headcount increase of nearly 24% over the year. It now employs more than 70 people across its operations.
The company linked the rise in staff numbers to demand for high-performance hardware and a need to increase output. It said its assembly team grew by 83% over the year.
Export focus
The group said its growth strategy centres on exports. It reported significant growth in the Far East and North America. It also said it continued to invest in its UK operations.
The group set a turnover target of GBP £24-25 million for 2026. It tied that outlook to global expansion, innovation and new product development.
Brand restructure
The company also pointed to an internal restructure during the year. It said it changed its operating model so that Exacta Technologies and Blackcore Technologies run independently.
The group described Blackcore Technologies as a provider of overclocked servers. It said the brand opened a new 17,000 sq. ft headquarters in Bristol at Emersons Green. The company described the site as a purpose-built facility and said it designed it to accelerate innovation and scale production.
The group said the operational split gave both brands scope to focus on distinct markets. It also said the change supported international expansion.
Nick Rogers commented on the group's performance and investment plans.
"This year's growth is a testament to our team's relentless focus on innovation and customer success. By investing in new facilities, expanding our product set, and strengthening global partnerships, we've laid the foundations for continued momentum into 2026 and beyond. While our roots remain firmly in Bristol, our reach is truly global - and that's something we're incredibly proud of," said Nick Rogers, Founder and Group Chair, Exacta Group.
Awards and community
The group also highlighted recognition for Exacta Technologies during the year. It said the brand recorded four award wins, including Tech Company of the Year at the Tech South West Awards.
The company said it also built community partnerships and sports sponsorships during the year. It listed partnerships with Bristol City FC, Ashton FC, Community of Purpose, and North Somerset RTC. It also cited sponsorship of professional golfer Joe Retford.
The group reported fundraising activity linked to its annual charity golf day. It said it raised GBP £17,850 for Grief Encounter this year. It said that brought its four-year total to almost GBP £77,000.
Product lines
The Exacta Group positions the two brands as focused on different segments of the hardware market. It describes Exacta Technologies as a provider of custom hardware and server solutions. It describes Blackcore Technologies as a provider of overclocked servers used in electronic trading.
The group said it manages design and assembly activities in the UK. It also said it handles global logistics and lifetime support.
The company said it will pursue a turnover range of GBP £24-25 million in 2026 alongside continued growth in the Far East and North America.
