The company has appointed three new members to the executive leadership team: David Rizzo as the chief technology officer and David Kluzak as chief revenue officer, and promoted Andrew Hollister to chief information security officer.

"Our vision and mission require a team of passionate explorers focused on continuously improving our customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and the way we work,” LogRhythm CEO Chris O'Malley says.

“We have no small plans for a bright future that require us to transform and adapt for the journey ahead. I am thrilled to announce these additions to our executive team, and the promotion of a dedicated employee who has served our company well.

"Our new leadership will own the responsibility and accountability to make us better in serving our customers and partners."

As CTO, Rizzo will continue to grow and evolve the organisation, with the main priority to leverage agile, DevOps, and value stream management proven best practices to continuously improve the velocity, quality, efficiency, and security of the innovation deliverables our customers and partners care about.

"LogRhythm's industry reputation, market-leading products and passionate team made it an easy decision to join the company,” Rizzo says.

“I wanted to join a company focused on partnering with customers to create products that meet their current and future needs, and I found that at LogRhythm.

"Continuous improvement is essential for an organisation to remain relevant and advance technologies in a manner that is consistent with customer expectations.

As CRO, Kluzak will lead the global sales team's strategy and go-to-market approach with the goal of driving both sales and satisfaction among new and existing customers.

"I'm very drawn to LogRhythm's continued focus on producing innovative and meaningful experiences in order to keep promises to customers,” Kluzak says.

“LogRhythm has already had a momentous history, and my goal is to continue this momentum while ensuring the customer always remains the top priority.

Expanding his role as CISO, Hollister will develop and maintain the company's security governance model and risk strategies, as well as lead the strategy for the protection, confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.

Hollister will also lead LogRhythm Labs, directing the mission and strategic vision for the LogRhythm Labs threat research, compliance research, and strategic integrations teams.

“With the threat landscape evolving and the complexity of networks increasing, LogRhythm continues to help security teams defend their organisations against advanced cyberattacks,” Hollister says.

“Having been at LogRhythm since 2012, I look forward to continuing to build upon the success of our team so that we can continue to deliver value to our customers.
