CybeReady, the global trailblazer in security awareness training, has announced the appointment of Dirk Rausse as the new Regional Sales Director. Rausse will head CybeReady's sales efforts in the DACH region, encompassing Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Rausse, an experienced cybersecurity veteran with a history of sales excellence, is set to extend CybeReady's growth strategy in the region. His aim is to augment security awareness training deployments across numerous enterprises.

Rausse shared his enthusiasm for the role, stating, “The demand and opportunity for security awareness training in this area is enormous, with MSSPs, CISOs, and security administrators at organizations across every vertical looking to be more proactive in their approach to cyber defense.” He expressed his attraction to CybeReady’s unique methodology, saying, "What drew me to this opportunity is the company’s approach. The strategic focus will primarily be on partner building. Rausse plans to leverage his business development acumen and expertise in the cybersecurity field, acquired from his past roles at Trustwave, Proofpoint, and COFENSE, to amplify CybeReady’s influence throughout the DACH region.

Rausse's efforts will heavily hinge on establishing firm ties with influential partners. His goal is to ensure that partners can effectively deploy and manage the CybeReady platform. The platform is highly intelligent and efficient at identifying and addressing areas requiring training, significantly reducing the management burden while improving the security culture.
