Lobster appoints Emanuel Eibach as CFO to drive global growth
Lobster has appointed Emanuel Eibach as Chief Financial Officer as part of its international growth strategy.
The data integration software provider noted that Eibach brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience, including roles in company scaling, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions spanning several industries.
Prior to joining Lobster, Eibach served as CFO at BuildTec Software Group, a European company specialising in building solutions. He also previously held the top finance position at tado, a firm specialising in smart heating technology. Lobster stated that Eibach's background in constructing robust finance functions and supporting long-term expansion is aligned with its aims for global expansion.
Tim Srock, Chief Executive Officer of Lobster, welcomed the appointment, referencing the alignment of Eibach's expertise with the company's growth trajectory.
"Emanuel's financial leadership and deep understanding of growth-stage software companies are invaluable assets as Lobster continues to scale. His strategic perspective and collaborative approach perfectly align with our vision of connecting people and data effectively. We're thrilled to have him join the Lobster family," said Tim Srock, CEO of Lobster.
The addition of Eibach follows recent executive team changes at the company. Felicitas Schweiker joined as Chief People Officer in January, and Jethro Borsje became Chief Product Officer in September last year. These appointments reflect Lobster's focus on strengthening its leadership as it introduces new data solutions for its customers.
Among recent developments is the launch of Lobster Data World, which the company describes as an ecosystem designed to eliminate data silos and enable real-time data integration and process automation for enterprises.
Emanuel Eibach said the combination of the company's product set, clear goals, and corporate culture influenced his decision to accept the role.
"What truly attracted me to Lobster was the powerful product suite, clear strategic growth, and the remarkable culture of collaboration. This feels like the ideal moment – and the ideal team – to build something extraordinary together," commented Emanuel Eibach on his appointment.
Lobster's software and services are used by more than 2,000 customers, with a presence in the DACH region, the United Kingdom, France, Scandinavia, and the Benelux region. The company's platform is designed to provide a unified view of data across supply chains, supporting real-time connectivity and automation.
The company stated that its strengthened executive team supports the mission of connecting people and data, while enabling businesses to manage data integration challenges across multiple regions and sectors.
