Partners in Performance (PiP), one of Australia's leading consulting firms, has announced the election of two new ANZ Directors to its global leadership team. Ben Thompson and Jane Algie, seasoned professionals with a shared passion for impactful outcomes, are set to guide PiP into its next phase of growth and innovation.

Ben Thompson, joining the Directorial team, first became a part of the PiP family in 2019 as an Associate Principal. He brings over two decades of experience across diverse sectors including private equity, healthcare, universities, and manufacturing. Known for tackling and solving intricate business challenges, Thompson has a solid reputation within the firm. In addition to his professional achievements, he serves as the 1st Vice President (deputy chair) of the World Bridge Federation and holds the esteemed title of World International Master as a player.

Jane Algie, another noteworthy addition to the Director team, has been with Partners in Performance since 2017, serving as a Senior Associate. Algie has been instrumental in driving significant outcomes across various industries. Furthermore, she has initiated and led several initiatives within the ANZ region, particularly those related to women's networks, diversity and inclusion, and talent development programs. Her steadfast commitment to ethical leadership and organisational excellence is recognised and respected within the firm.

Skipp Williamson, Managing Director at Partners in Performance, spoke highly of both appointments. She emphasized the importance of Director status within the firm, highlighting the multiple criteria required for such a position, such as the capacity to deliver lasting impact for clients while building capabilities and ownership. "Congratulations to our newly appointed Directors, and thank you for your outstanding contributions to the firm," said Ms. Williamson. "I look forward to witnessing your continued success in your expanded roles."

Both Thompson and Algie's appointments to their new roles take immediate effect. The expansion of the firm's leadership team aims to strengthen the company's strategic direction and improve operational excellence.

On top of these noteworthy additions, Partners in Performance has also announced the promotion of Matthew O’Connor to Partner. O’Connor brings more than ten years of management consulting and structural engineering/construction management experience across various sectors. Prior to his affiliation with PiP, he held positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP), focusing on transport and power sector projects. His extensive expertise further strengthens PiP's strategy and capability in delivering industry-leading solutions.

These appointments signal a strategic move by Partners in Performance to bolster their global leadership team and build on their commitment to driving operational excellence for complex organisations.
