Lenovo unveils AI solution with NVIDIA to boost efficiency

Yesterday

Lenovo has launched the Hybrid AI Advantage with NVIDIA to help enterprises streamline AI integration and boost productivity across essential business operations.

The core feature of this solution is the Lenovo AI Library, comprising a collection of validated AI use cases aimed at increasing enterprise efficiency. This AI system integrates seamlessly across a variety of platforms, including personal devices, workstations, and data centres.

The solution is designed to enhance productivity in several critical areas. Content generation processes can be automated up to eight times faster, which not only improves quality but also allows for personalised customer interactions. In customer service, efficiency is enhanced by 50% due to automated chatbot interactions that significantly reduce response and handling times. The knowledge assistant feature streamlines knowledge sharing and automates workflows, particularly useful in legal settings where it can increase productivity by up to 80% and boost accuracy by 45% during legal document reviews.

Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang stated, "Lenovo continues to drive smarter AI for all, bringing together AI models, data and computing power - running on devices, edge, and cloud, and connected with network- to deliver AI solutions that empower human innovation and enable productivity gains. Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage with NVIDIA integrates cutting-edge services and the next evolution of Blackwell accelerated infrastructure to help enterprises easily scale agentic AI across private and public AI models that deliver substantial benefits in effectiveness, cost, efficiency, security, accessibility and customisation."

New research by IDC, commissioned by Lenovo, reveals that despite increased investment, ROI poses a significant challenge in AI adoption. The hybrid AI solutions offered by Lenovo aim to lower these barriers by supporting employees in complex problem-solving and multi-step planning, which are essential for operational speed and productivity.

NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang commented, "AI agents that can reason and adapt are redefining how we work. NVIDIA and Lenovo are providing the essential infrastructure to power AI inference and reasoning at scale—bringing generative and agentic AI from research labs into real-world enterprise applications."

The launch of the Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage was highlighted by a demonstration of the Lenovo AI Knowledge Assistant, a digital human assistant that interacted with event attendees to improve their experience through real-time conversations. This digital assistant was powered by Lenovo's agentic AI platform and demonstrated how businesses could swiftly customise and deploy AI agents to enhance customer and employee interactions.

Lenovo's AI platform, integrated with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, offers essential software toolkits, pre-trained models, and automated deployment features. Security and efficiency are prioritised, while a GenAIOps dashboard provides centralised management and bias detection.

Enterprises will be able to utilise new hybrid AI factory platforms that provide scaleable and protected environments for delivering AI solutions. The platforms built on Validated Designs from Lenovo and NVIDIA offer businesses the capability to train, infer, and deploy AI both in the cloud and at the edge.

Dr. Juan Pablo Reyes Gonzalez, Head of AISHA, praised the collaboration, "Without the power of the Lenovo and NVIDIA solution, the model would simply not be able to exist. Lenovo and NVIDIA are unmatched in the field of AI."

This initiative is part of Lenovo's larger effort to simplify AI deployment and scalability, enabling enterprises to unlock AI's potential for practical benefits. By providing adaptable AI solutions at various scales, Lenovo aims to address common challenges in AI adoption and aid organisations in achieving tangible business outcomes.
