Exponential-e secures role in the G-Cloud 14 framework

Yesterday

Exponential-e has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G-Cloud 14 Framework, offering a range of cloud-based services to the public sector.

The G-Cloud 14 Framework replaces its predecessor, G-Cloud 13, and will provide a wide variety of cloud-based services to UK public sector bodies. Exponential-e is set to deliver 48 cloud-based services across three main lots—Lot 1 Hosting, Lot 2 Software, and Lot 3 Cloud Support—as part of the updated framework.

Having a history of delivering services under the G-Cloud framework, Exponential-e has expanded its service portfolio. The company now provides a broader array of cybersecurity prevention and protection services, adapting to the evolving requirements of public sector services.

Afshin Attari, Director of Public Sector and Unified Platforms at Exponential-e, commented: "Providing a simple and effective procurement process to our public sector customers remains of utmost importance to us. So, we are delighted to retain our place on G-Cloud and offer our best-in-class cloud services on the next re-iteration of the Framework."

He added, "We have a deep understanding of how public sector services are evolving, so we've created additional services to provide the market with the additional support they need. This includes the PACS digital pathology Platform as a Service, Hyper Convergence Infrastructure, and a range of further cyber security services."

The Crown Commercial Service plays a pivotal role in supporting the public sector by ensuring maximum commercial value in procuring common goods and services. During the 2023/24 period, CCS aided the public sector in achieving commercial benefits estimated at GBP £4.9 billion, thereby supporting world-class public services and delivering value for taxpayers.

The G-Cloud 14 Framework became operational on 9 November and will remain in effect until April 2026. The framework is hosted on the Public Procurement Gateway, facilitating streamlined access to a wide range of cloud-based services for public sector organisations.
